Business systems and risk overview
This option is for organizations that want to move beyond a quick intro call and give more context up front. It is a better fit when you want a structured conversation around systems, risk areas, compliance pressure, cloud tooling, automation opportunities, or broader operational issues.
Sensitive information and BAA note
A business associate agreement may be appropriate before any review that could involve protected health information, regulated data, system access, screenshots containing live patient data, or operational documents that expose ePHI. For this intake, keep everything general and business focused. If deeper access is needed later, the right agreements can be put in place first.
Request the overview
This form creates an email draft in the visitor's email app. It is simple, private, and easy to replace later with a dedicated form service.
Helpful inputs
- General company profile and approximate size
- Primary systems, vendors, and cloud tools in use
- Main concerns, pain points, or business drivers
- Compliance, customer, or contract expectations at a high level
- What a good outcome would look like
Do not include
Patient names, dates of birth, screenshots with PHI, exports from regulated systems, passwords, or any sensitive credentials.
After the request
Once you send the request, the next step is usually a scheduled discussion to clarify scope and decide whether the work should stay at the business systems level or move toward a deeper assessment, project, or ongoing support.
